Chase your childhood dreams - Not a fitness post :D

We are 5 months away from 2026. Time is, moving just too fast. And if you don't have a powerful grip on what's important to you, you will be left with nothing, but pipe dreams.

I thought I'll post this image of horton plains, this has been a place I wanted to revisit for the past 6 years, but never got to do it, I will this year somehow

This blog is not about fitness. This blog was written to tell you, to do whatever it is that you always loved to do.

It was fitness for me, being in this industry since I was a kid. Hiding protein bags in my cupboard and bringing home plastic coated cement weight plates and barbells from saved pocket money.

The thought is, you have to keep going, you have to chase what you love. And you have to start appreciating the small things again.

There are people who do not have the luxury to read and comprehend what I'am typing in this blog, there are people who do not have access to internet (maybe they got saved in a way). There are people who stayed hungry today and children in distant villages who had to walk a long way to get some clean water to drink. Everything they dream, is at your finger tips.

Most of us, in this generation are lost, and it is okay to be lost, as long as you try everyday to find what is meaningful to you. You can be lost today, but you can't have the same answer in half a decade. You have to do those things which are meaningful to you.

Something I realised with time is, there is a deep meaning in keeping our passion and our childhood dreams alive, something about that age old memories, the purity of the inspirations we got as children and wanting to do something our innocent minds saw as meaningful.

Don't listen to people who belittle your dreams.

Get up and chase what you always wanted, the small things you wanted to always be a part of you.

You love playing piano ? Do it.

You wanted to be a mechanic ? Be the best mechanic you wanted to be, and educate us too.

The world is a beautiful place when people pursue what's meaningful to them. You will inspire more on the way.

Money is not the most valuable thing. Lost time and dead memories will be irreversible. Think wise. Do the boring things in life again. Get two pens and play pen fight with your best friend and remember how grateful you were when you got a new pen.

In 50 years we'd all be dead. There'll be no one to remember the mistake you made when you tried dancing or when trying to sing. Make a meaningful you. Don't listen to the world.

As for me, I've written countless blogs, posts and made content about fitness. Lets keep some for a broader meaningful life.

Be grateful. Be humble.
